Patients confined to hospital beds need to be moved regularly. Attention may be required as much as twelve to sixteen times a day. The simple fact is repositioning a patient with limited movement is dangerous and difficult. No matter how gently the task is undertaken, lifting and pulling on the patient is unavoidable. These actions often result in serious injuries for the caregiver and the patient.

The EZ Repositioner allows one caregiver to reposition a patient up or down in bed easily and pain free. With the EZ Repositioner, the patient's entire body is moved at the same time without being touched by the caregiver.

The EZ Repositioner easily attaches to most hospital beds in about 30 minutes, using simple tools. A sheet is fed from a roller at the foot of the bed to a roller at the head of the bed. As the handle turns the roller, the sheet moves the patient toward the head of the bed without lifting or pulling the caregiver. By moving the handle to the roller at the foot of the bed, the repositioning sheet can be rewound for additional use.
